The “box breath” pattern is used by Navy Seals to stay calm and focused. If you need to refocus or manage stress, use this technique. You only need to inhale for 4 seconds, hold the air in your lungs for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds and keep your lungs empty for 4 seconds. Repeat it several times and you will see results.
