How to Break In New Cleats?

Quick Way – Just Two Steps!

Have you just bought new cleats but can’t wear them because they pinch your feet?

We’ve tested several ways to break in new cleats and found the perfect method!

Be sure to try it – it’s QUICK AND EFFECTIVE!

Note: This method works best with cleats that have a synthetic upper. Most modern football cleats are made of synthetic materials because they offer excellent control when driving the ball.

  1. Put on your cleats and soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes – while wearing them. During this time, move your toes regularly.
  2. Then head to the pitch (yes, with wet shoes!) to run and kick the ball. This helps the cleats mold perfectly to the natural movements of your feet during play.

If you can’t go to the pitch, stuff the cleats tightly with crumpled newspaper or paper sheets, tie the laces, and wait for them to dry naturally.

Done – your cleats are broken in and ready to go!
