F&Knowledge – Entry into the YN1 System

Why Football Isn’t Decided Where You Train It

Football isn’t decided in the legs.
Not in the gym, either.
And not on the training pitch alone.

It is decided where perception, energy, focus, and decision come together—often long before the first touch of the ball.

The F&Knowledge article series is not a collection of tips.
It is a coherent system of eight articles that explains how success in football really emerges—biologically, mentally, and structurally.

What the Graphic Shows

The graphic above this text is the key to the entire series.

  • SUCCESS sits at the center.
  • It does not come from a single factor, but from the interaction of multiple levels.
  • Each of these levels is explored in its own article.

The circles overlap on purpose:
success is created in the intersection, not at the edge.

Why These Articles Exist

In modern football, a lot is trained—but little is understood.
Technique, athleticism, and tactics are often viewed in isolation—
even though they are inseparably connected in the game.

F&Knowledge starts where performance is actually controlled:

  • in the nervous system
  • in inner activation
  • in mental stability
  • in focus under pressure

The series does not explain what you should train.
It explains why training works—or why it doesn’t.

The Internal Logic of Articles 1–8

The articles are intentionally built on one another.
Each one is understandable on its own.
Together, they form a complete success model in football.

Three levels structure the series:

1. Foundation

Numbers, breathing, and thoughts—
the biological and mental foundations of every action.

2. Control

Visualization, calmness, and preparation—
how inner states are deliberately regulated, before and during the game.

3. Stability

Mental strength and development—
how success remains accessible across 90 minutes, across seasons, and independent of age.

What Changes After Reading

After these articles, you will understand:

  • why reaction capability doesn’t come from sprint training alone,
  • why mental strength is not a talent,
  • why development does not end with age,
  • and why less training can often produce more effect.

This series does not change your drills.
It changes your understanding of success in football.

Who F&Knowledge Is For

  • for young players who want to become stable faster
  • for ambitious amateurs who want to train more efficiently
  • for experienced players who want to maintain success long-term

Not dependent on age.
Not dependent on level.
But on whether you are willing to understand success as a system.

A Note on How to Read

Don’t read these articles quickly.
Don’t read them like blog posts.

Read them consciously—
the way success is created.

Start with Article 1

Not because it’s the first.
But because it shows where success truly begins.

F&Knowledge explains how mental training in football, breathing and performance, decision-making in the game, and the nervous system in sport interact as one system.
This creates football knowledge that makes training clearer, more effective, and successful in the long term.
