    Unfit players, who aren’t used to intense training, may easily injure themselves when they begin exercising. It may take some time before the body adapts to physical effort. Consequently, it’s very important to be careful in the beginning and give your body some time to build up. If you start too hard, you can also get tired fast and lose motivation. What are the disadvantages of your current situation? Make a list and be honest with yourself. Think again and write down everything you need to work on before starting training. It can for example be your mood, shape, stamina, self-confidence, sleep, stress, control in the field, health, weight or energy.
